How much does printing & postage cost? See this example. Your actual cost will depend on the exact quantity you mail each month. We'll provide you with an invoice to sign before we place your order.

What if I want to skip a mailing? We send you an invoice before placing your order. If you wish to skip, let us know at that time. We won't place an order unless we get a signed invoice from you. (Your service fee is not skipped.)

What's included in my service fee? We provide the original newsletter, add light customization, and manage the printing order. We also include special requests as needed.

Wha does 'light customization' mean?  We create and then add a personal header, brand colors, personal thank-you's, your quiz winner, and any consistently repeating items, such as a service partner ad. We also take occasional special requests. 

What format does the mailing list need to be in? An excel or other spreadsheet, saved as .csv format. Title each of 6 columns: FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, STREET ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP CODE. 

When are the newsletters delivered to the recipients? Usually, the newsletters are in your recipients' hands during the first week of the month. We do not print time-sensitive content in the newsletter.

Can I see the newsletters before you send them? Yes, we send you a draft between the 20th and 23rd of each month to collect any custom content from you before mailing. You can opt-out of this review cycle if you prefer a completely hands-off approach.
