We customize your newsletters, ensure they're compliant, and get them to your contacts on time (weekly or monthly)—so you’re seen as the consistent, professional, memorable agent they can count on.

MAILCHIP OR YOUR CRM

No need to provide us with a list of contacts...we'll use your CRM database or Mailchimp.

(Mailchimp is preferred, as it has email features that many CRMs lack: SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication to boost trust with ISPs, automated bounce and unsubscribes, spam-avoidance tools, and the ability to view open and click-through rates.)

CUSTOMIZED CONTENT

Send us a piece of content whenever you like (such as a Zillow review, testimonial, listing, personal note, restaurant review, local real estate stats, etc.). We'll design it into your newsletters, combining our pre-written content with your personal flair.

It's optional! You are not required to send anything. We'll still send your newsletters. 

Custom Links.

Having local links in your email newsletters is one of the best ways to be of unique value to your recipients. The base newsletters already include general links to Search Homes (your IDX)About, (your website or Zillow profile), and Appointment (your email)

We recommend two additional custom links, such as:

    Homes Under $500K (or a price point that fits your target market)
    Oceanfront Homes (or some search feature that fits your target market)
    San Diego Events (link to an existing local events calendar)

    • Base newsletter (send yourself): $23/mo.
    • Done-for-You Send Service addon: $25/mo.
    • Total for Send Service with customized newsletter: $48/mo.

    HOW TO ORDER

    1. Click CHECKOUT for the Email plan, then tick the Send Service $25 Addon box. 
    2. After signing up, you'll be prompted to fill out an Email Data Form.
    3. We'll arrange a short zoom or phone call (whichever is easier for you) to finalize the details.
