CUSTOM LOCAL LINKS

Having local links in your email newsletters is one of the best ways to be of unique value to your recipients. The base newsletter template already includes these links at the top:

• Search Homes
• About Me (or Us)
• Appointment

We recommend customizing those links (or adding more), such as: 

• Homes Under $500K (or a price point that fits your target market)
• Oceanfront Homes (or some search feature that fits your target market)
• San Diego Events (use your own city name, link this to an existing local events calendar)
• New Listings

You'll need to provide us with the exact link, ensuring it's a persistent/permanent link that won't change from month to month. For instance, a link to an IDX search you've set up, or a news channel's current events calendar. These links will become a permanent part of your template.
