How It Works
What are the mechanics of this? How do I get my newsletters?
We write fresh newsletters each month. We add them to your personal downloads page inside Fast Newsletters. You log in, choose the newsletters you want to use, and download them. You can send them as-is, or customize them further to suit your business needs.
✔ The print newsletters can be edited using Microsoft Word or Publisher, or you can use Mac Pages.
✔ The email newsletters can be edited in Mailchimp's drag and drop editor.
How many newsletters do I get each month?
We have three distinct newsletter plans.
Plan 1 Printed Newsletters - This plan comes with 1 print newsletter in three formats (4-page, 2-page, and EDDM). You're welcome to use the newsletter in different formats for different purposes.
Plan 2 Email (Lifestyle) - This plan comes with 2 email newsletters, plus the printed newsletter from Plan 1. The emphasis is on lifestyle, DIY, fun and interesting real estate news. Send these twice/month.
Plan 3 Email (Real Estate) - This plan comes with 3 email newsletters, plus the printed newsletter from Plan 1. The emphasis is on real estate and finance information for consumers, with some lifestyle content. Send these every 10 days.
Will you print and mail the PRINT newsletters for me?
Our newsletters are designed for you to print and mail them yourself. You can use your own office printer or email them to an offsite printer. They're designed to be printed as color copies on medium-weight paper, not expensive offset printing!

Will you send my EMAIL newsletters for me?
Our basic subscription is designed for you to send your own email newsletters. You can use Mailchimp to send your newsletters to a list of contacts, or send them to your contacts through your CRM.

Do I need to use Mailchimp?
Maybe...
You can send your newsletters through Mailchimp or your own CRM.
Customizing? - Our newsletters are designed in HTML code (as are all email newsletters). You'll need to use Mailchimp's FREE drag and drop editor to customize them. You can then send them from Mailchimp directly, or from your own CRM. We'll show you how.
Not customizing? - If you're not planning to customize the newsletters, then you can send the HTML version directly through your own CRM, bypassing Mailchimp. In this case, you wouldn't need a Mailchimp account.
Mailchimp and Fast Newsletters are separate entities.
How hard is this really?
If you can cut and paste, you can use our newsletters. The less customizing you do, the faster and easier it is. Conversely, the more you add, tweak, and customize, the longer it will take and perhaps more editing skills required, depending on what you're trying to do.
Most users figure it out on their own, but we are also happy to offer you a personal, one-on-one tutorial (over Zoom or by phone) to help you get started.
Do you use local real estate content?
Not local; however, we do provide nationwide real estate information (US and Canada-centric), as well as lifestyle, finance, and human interest content.
Can I customize the newsletters?
Yes, they're 100% customizable. Nothing is locked. Change anything you want...colors, title, images, articles, etc.
