What are the mechanics of this? How do I get my newsletters?
We write fresh newsletters each month. We add them to your personal downloads page inside Fast Newsletters. You log in, choose the newsletters you want to use, and download them. You can send them as-is, or customize them further to suit your business needs.
How many newsletters do I get each month?
We have three newsletter plan levels: 1. Print (one per month in 2- and 4-pages & EDDM), 2. email (monthly and weekly versions), or 3. both print and email.
Will you print and mail the PRINT newsletters for me?
Our standard print newsletter subscription ($13) does not include print and mail service. However, if you would like us to print and mail for you, we can. Get information about our send service here.
When printing yourself, you can use your own office printer or email them to an offsite printer. They're designed to be printed as color copies on medium-weight paper, not expensive offset printing!
Will you send my EMAIL newsletters for me?
Our basic subscription is designed for you to send your own email newsletters. You can use Mailchimp to send your newsletters to a list of contacts, or send them to your contacts through your CRM.

Do I need to use Mailchimp?
Yes and no.
- ● Yes, if you plan to add listings, images, custom headers, your own links, etc., you'll need to use a free Mailchimp account to use their drag and drop editor.
- ● No, if you want to send quickly with only minor text editing, you can copy the HTML directly from our site and paste it into your CRM or another email service. Your editing capabilities are limited without using an editor. This approach is for those who want to send quickly and be done in a few minutes.
***If you need a mass email service, Mailchimp's editor is free for up to 500 contacts.***
What is Mailchimp? Mailchimp is an email marketing (mass emailing) service, which allows us to design emails, track open rates, tag contacts, set up subscribe forms, run landing pages, etc. Mailchimp and Fast Newsletters are separate entities.
How hard is this really?
If you can cut and paste, you can use our newsletters. The less customizing you do, the faster and easier it is.
Most users figure it out on their own, but we are also happy to offer you a personal, one-on-one tutorial (over Zoom or by phone) to help you get started.
Do you use local real estate content?
Not local; however, we do provide nationwide real estate information (US and Canada versions), as well as lifestyle, finance, and human interest content.
Can I customize the newsletters?
Yes, they're 100% customizable. Nothing is locked. Change anything you want...colors, title, images, articles, etc. If you're editing them in Mailchimp, you can integrate your CANVA account directly to create a custom header or other custom design elements.
Can I use the newsletters in CANVA?
The newsletters aren't designed to be opened and edited in CANVA. Instead, you can open the newsletters (in Mailchimp or Word) and then add CANVA design elements to them for a unique look. We provide templates to quickly make custom headers and footers in CANVA.
